Email aronvalur10@gmail.com for help with FactGate. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and a description of the issue. Please do not send passwords or payment details.
An app is still locked
Open FactGate directly and check your remaining unlock time. Check that Screen Time permission is enabled and review the apps you selected. If tapping Start check-in displays a notification, tap the FactGate notification to continue.
Purchases and subscriptions
Use Restore Purchases in FactGate with the Apple Account used for the purchase. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting FactGate does not cancel a subscription.
Report a content mistake
Email the fact or course lesson and describe the correction you suggest.
